For those who would like a catch up on our lives (and don’t want to read the entire blog) these next posts are for you. For those who don’t want a catch up…don’t read these posts…I guess:
Jas and I met, fell in love, and were married all in about four months of the spring/summer of 2005. Jas was finishing his undergrad at BYU and I was going to school online while working. When we met, Jas had five weeks left in Utah, then he was heading back to California before starting law school. Needless to say, we spent most of our dating/engagement flying back-and-forth between Cali and Utah. We were married in Manti, honeymooned on a cruise to Alaska, and headed to Orange County to start law school. The next year-and-a-half(ish) were spent at school, work, and Disneyland.
In August of ‘04 (hahaha...yeah, that's not right...it was deffinitely '06...Thanks Rachelle!) we found out we were pregnant…In December we found out that it was, of course, a BOY. Four short months later, we welcomed Mr. Luke Jason into our family. He was perfect in every way, and we enjoyed to the fullest the next year while Jas finished up Law School and I took up being a full-time mommy.
Shortly after Luke’s first birthday and just before Daddy’s graduation, we packed up our little one bedroom apartment in Orange County and headed down to spend the summer San Diego. While Daddy studied for and took the California Bar, Lukie and Mommy spent as much time as we could enjoying the summer weather. And, once Daddy was finished, he joined us.
In August, we said goodbye to San Diego, and California, and headed to New York City! Daddy had decided that he hadn’t gotten enough of school after three years and so we figured, “Why not get in one more year?! Oh! And why not do it in Manhattan, New York?!” So that’s what we did. We spent the next 9 months soaking up as much of that crazy, busy, unforgettable city as we could—with visits from family, some trips to Utah, and a short vacation to D.C. (pictures below) thrown in the mix. And, when May finally came, we hightailed it back to California, never stopping to look back. It was time to take on our next adventure!

so, I was checking to see if you had any updates and remembered something I was going to point out a while ago. You have a slight but pretty significant typo in this post. I'm not quite sure how you could have met and got married in 05 and then found out you were pregnant in 04. I would like to know how that works. :)
