So I was in my room the other day, getting dressed, and Luke came in with a sucker request. We've been trying the potty training thing, and use the suckers to bribe him to go in the toilet. Anyway, the conversation we had went something like this:
lukie: Sucker? Mommyay...Mommyay...SUCKER?!
mommy: No, Lukie. Not until you go peepee in the toilet.
lukie: Okay Mom!
[child runs from mommy's room, and Mommy continues to get dressed. Suddenly, mommy hears loud, thumping noises coming from somewhere down the hall. So, she drops her mascara on the counter and runs from the room. As she passes the bathroom, movement inside catches her eye and she turns to find]:
lukie: Lukie go peepee toilet![Mommy just about dies laughing!]
Okay, so he didn't actually go, but...
How could I not give him a sucker after that?!
(Oh! and, Yes, my child calls me "Mommyay"...I don't know why, but he does...Daddy is "Daddyay")

HAHAHAHA I seriously laughed until I was crying.LOL. Mommyay and Daddyay kills me! This is soo adorable. I just miss that little guy so much. Even if he is a stinker!

Okay, that's funny. Gideon is such a booger in the potty training dept. Yesterday he peed 4 times just by me saying, "Gid do you need to go potty?" and today... "Gid do you need to go potty?".... "No Mom, I hate da potty."
