So my parents and brothers came to visit for Thanksgiving...apparently these are the only pictures we got of the whole five-day visit...
Oregon coast (used in the movie "Goonies")
Astoria, OR (also used in Goonies...as well as Ninja Turtles II, Short Circut, Free Willy I and II, and...Kindergarten Cop!)...This is the view from atop the Astoria Column. The big boys were the only ones who climbed the billion or so stairs to the top...Mommy, Lukie, and Gramma Wenny stayed on the ground...
On our way out of town, after Jas realized that this was the same city in which Kindergarten cop was filmed, he just HAD to get a picture of the elementary school...Look Familiar??
All-in-all, it was a GREAT day, and I'm so glad they came to visit! Thanks for coming to see us "Gwamma", "Papa", "Chardie", and "Jee Bee"! LOVE Y'ALL!
