November

November was full of fun for this bunch. When we were mostly settled into the new house (and before it got cold), the boys and I blew off a day of housework and rode the MAX train to the zoo. We had a blast...

On the way home, Luke kept asking me to take pictures of him posing with random things...Such a ham!

Just for the Ellisons...Luke and Aiden tried Grits & Tomatoes for the first time EVER. Aiden LOVED it! Luke, on the other hand, gagged and shook after every bite. The smile in the bottom picture was when I told him he didn't have to eat any more.

Leaves fall in Mid-November here...and we made the most of our small little yard (which, by the way, I'm pretty sure gets more leaves than our large yard did). Both boys enjoyed the leaves. Though Adien enjoyed eating them more than playing in them...

I took a picture of my yard debris can because there's something in there that doesn't belong...

What in the world could it be?...

I see someone peekin out...

My silly boy just LOVES gettng in the trash can with the leaves...

The middle of November brought a small snow storm. We enjoyed it as much as we could before it all melted away. At first, Aiden wasn't too sure about his first experience with snow, but he "warmed" up to it pretty fast. He even tried to eat some of it before mommy quickly picked him back up. Afterwords, we were so cold, we went inside an wrapped up in warm blankets and watched tv for a while. All-in-all it was a good morning.

Thanksgiving was fun because we got to see Gramma Marlay and Papa Norm. We had a blast with them. They even suffered through a freezing cold night at the zoo so that we could go see the pretty lights they had set up. We, of course, had to ride the choo choo train (Luke can't go to teh zoo without riding the choo choo train). It was pretty cool--covered in lights. Didn't really get a picture of it, but, trust me, it was cool.

November was a ton of fun! And now that December is here, we're looking forward to another fun (much too busy) month. Luke can't stop talking about Santa. I think he's a little too excited about his Christmas presents. Hope you're all doing well! Happy Holidays!!
