I can't help it, I love them...

So I got this in an e-mail from my friend Ashley, and after deciding that e-maiing it just didn't sound like as much fun, I figured I'll put it up here for all to see...It was cute, so I couldn't resist...B'sides that, I just love these things!!

Here you go Moms - a different kind of survey for a change - it's all about you and your first baby.

1. Were you married at the time? Is this question appropriate?...

2. What were your reactions when you found out you were pregnant? I stared at the really faint second line for a while, trying to decide if it really existed...When Jason told me it was positive, I jumped up and down with excitement...and then I cried a little...

3. How old were you? 28 months younger than I am now...

4. How did you find out you were pregnant? I peed on a stick...I saved that stick... Wrote Luke's name on it...

5. Who did you tell first? Well, I could say my husband, but he was right there with me, so my showing him the stick...I don't think that counts. I believe the first person I told was my sister...and then my other sister...and then my sister-in-law

6. Did you want to find out the sex? only up until the moment that she said, "It's a boy!" Then I was bummed that I didn't wait...oh well...hopefully I'll be able to hold out next time.

7. Due date? April 29, 2007

8. Did you deliver early or late? This is kind of a strange question...are we talking about, in realation to the due date...or my own personal feelings on the subject?...

9. Did you have morning sickness? Hahaha! There's a funny story that goes with this one...*sigh*

10. What did you crave? Manderine oranges...and chef salads...and mexican food...and pizza...hmm...I still do, too...

11. Who irritated you the most? When? I got mad at a lot of people over the nine months I was "with child"...Oh! and if I hurt anyone's feelings, I apologize...

12. What was your first child's sex? Well, I am married to a Faas...

13. How many pounds did you gain throughout the pregnancy? Yeah right! I'm not going to answer this one...I know my rights...I'm married to a...*ahem*...Lawyer...

14. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? I don't think so...I had to take a whole truck-load of vitamins...They were like horse pills...I hated every single one of them...

15. Where did you give birth? St. Joseph's Hospital, Orange County, California

16. How many hours were you in labor? Like 24 hours exactly...I woke up Sunday morning (April 22, 2007) at abt 3:00 a.m. with contractions that continued all day long, growing closer together (from a couple hours, all the way to like 15 minutes)...I gave birth at 3:15 a.m. Monday morning...cool thing was, I only had to push for like 15 minutes...yeah! that's right...

17. Who drove you to the hospital? Jason--my husband--he drove very carefully, too...

18. Was it natural or c-section? Natural, with a small cut...uh...we won't go into that tho...Let's just say, I hope Luke's head is the biggest of all my kids...

19. Did you take medicine to ease the pain? Hahaha! I had two--that's right, TWO--epidurals...

20. How much did your child weigh? 8 lbs 14 oz

21. Did your child have any complications? Thank goodness, no!

22. What did you name him/her? Luke Jason Faas

23. How old is your first born today? there's a meter at the side of this page...if you really want to know, check it...

24. Who does your child look like? um...Luke, duh!...No, I'm just kidding...Lately, Jason and I have been noticing that, in some of his pictures, he looks like my younger brother, Charlie. He does make these faces tho, that I'm like, "Oh yeah, he's deffinitely a Faas boy..."
